Patwon ki Haveli

The Patwon Ji ki Haveli is an intriguing bit of Architecture and is the most imperative among the havelis. This is definitely in view of two things, first that it was the primary haveli raised in Jaisalmer and second, that it is not a solitary haveli but rather a bunch of 5 little havelis.

The first among these havelis was charged and developed in the year 1805 by Guman Chand Patwa and is the greatest and the most gaudy. It is trusted that Patwa was a rich man and was a famous dealer of his time. He could bear the cost of and in this way requested the development of discrete stories for each of his 5 children. These were finished in the traverse of 50 years. Every one of the five houses were developed in the initial 60 years of the nineteenth century.
